Today, companies have to adapt to conditions which are changing continuously. Companies aim to find suitable employees from the budget due to changing conditions, competition, increasing demands. The importance of finding the right candidate is so obvious, companies need to adapt to new technologies to be able to find the right candidate at the right time.

The recruitment process is including; the reviewing of the candidates' resumes, inviting some of them for an interview, as the candidates who come through from the interview get a test which is related to the candidate’s field even sometimes a language test. According to these test results, candidates are invited for the interview again.

We have created Edurey RP to adapt to new technologies as well as make this long process a short version of it for the companies. In Edurey RP, there are test modules, schedule interviews modules, reporting modules. After publishing, the job ad, the only requirements of recruiters will be to add suitable candidates to the system and schedule the interview days. The system will send some tests related to candidate field, culture, profession, which upload the system automatically by mail.

Edurey RP assists in recruiting process through AI. The recruited candidate can also access the onboarding module through this system. On-boarding allows the new employee to start participating in company life at the maximum level with minimum difficulties.
