Leadership has reached a different dimension due to the needs and characteristics of our age. Although all the leaders who shape history use different methods in planning, organizing and motivating, these methods are gathered under a certain leadership style.

Leadership styles are grouped under 5 main headings. Briefly; Authoritarian leadership, the leader clearly expresses the work he wants done and the result he wants to get; Participatory leadership includes its employees in decision-making processes and has the last word; Delegate leadership, involving team members in management; Transactional Leadership can be mentioned as adopting the reward-punishment system and finally inspiring and motivating its employees in line with the vision set by the transformational leadership.
